Some thoughts which have inspired me

Some thoughts that have entered my mind over the last 2 years ( while reading different books ) :-

" Do not be obsessed with wealth DISTRIBUTION. Think about wealth CREATION also".
My explanation : In Physics classes, we study that 'Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed'. But, regarding people's wealth, the same ideology or logic does not hold true.
A situation is possible where all or most people in the world will get a better salary and standard of living. I was exposed to the idea of "wealth creation" while I was reading Gurcharan Das's book. I don't remember the title of the book ( sorry ppl ). In that book, he had written the following :-

" Many Indians are programmed to think that one's success is another's failure.".
"Our economists were so pre-occupied with wealth distribution that they didn't give enough importance to wealth creation"

These are great ideas which have great depth.

In competitive exams, in job market, in trying to find a good life partner etc, one's success can be considered to be another's failure or vice versa. ( This is a harsh reality of life ).

But, regarding people's WEALTH or Salary, this zero-sum rule is not applicable. :)
ie, ALL or Most people can get a better salary. So, better standard of life - at least, in terms of material goods.
